Breathe with the circle
Slow breathing is one of the fastest ways to calm your body. Follow the circle: it grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out.

About calm breath
Breathing out for longer than you breathe in slows the heart and tells your nervous system it is safe. A few minutes is enough to take the edge off anxiety.
If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, stop and breathe normally. Breathing exercises are safe for most people.
